In fact, at the beginning of the project, we experienced unexpected and difficult challenges:

The whole project lasted 100 days from the end of January this year, and each task was like a race against time. One link, one ring, can tolerate no delay, we must keep efficient in every link, a little careless will lead to the whole project delay.

Moreover, there is a wide variety of equipment provided by many parties involved. We have to know deep into each device, make sure they work together in the system, and compatibility issues with any one device can affect the progress of the entire project. For example: only the technical data has reached 215 pages, involving 26 rooms on site. It is necessary to coordinate the commissioning of nearly 200 sets of equipment in the first and second phases.

In addition, the project involves multiple participants, changes of design scheme, adjustment of equipment parameters, refinement of construction requirements and feedback of regulatory opinions, each information is crucial, but intertwined. How to accurately screen, understand and apply key information in this complex information network has become a difficult problem we must overcome.

At the critical moment, there are more ways than difficulties. The team of quality and health technology shows the tenacious fighting spirit and excellent professional quality, specifically:

Technical personnel solve equipment problems with suppliers, management personnel coordinate resource progress, and training personnel to communicate with construction personnel. Once, we encountered an emergency: we found that the field opening 100A did not meet the equipment test conditions, and checked the site CAD equipment planning map and blueprint were not consistent with the actual situation. However, it took two weeks, and the construction party still could not verify whether the omission was not. In order to speed up the overall project promotion, we took the initiative to propose and communicate with the client, and then we carried out the construction, and the client supervised and planned the drawing. The final engineering results all meet the standards of the engineering requirements and the state of customer satisfaction.

In addition, to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire project process, we make the following strict requirements:

1、Before entering the factory, confirm the responsible person of the manufacturer, and communicate with them about the site situation, work plan and construction precautions.

2、For the personnel engaged in special operations, the certificate shall be kept to explain the construction precautions and protective measures.

3、Daily handover work schedule and next-day planned work schedule.

4、Our daily on-site communication and inspection work and details supervision.
